Osteopathy uses manual therapy to help clients suffering from musculoskeletal discomforts and injuries. It is a holistic form of healthcare where practitioners consider how the skeleton, joints, muscles, nerves, connective tissue, circulation and internal organs function together as a unit.
An appointment involves a discussion about the clients injury or area of discomfort, an examination, and treatment involving hands on techniques such as massage, joint articulation, and muscle energy techniques. Clients may also be prescribed with home care including exercise and lifestyle advice or modification.

Sarah is passionate about helping her clients live a pain free healthy life; no matter what their goals or life choices.

Sarah uses a direct approach to treatment and is passionate about finding the cause of a persons complaint and not just treat the symptoms.
