Osteopathy uses manual therapy to help clients suffering from musculoskeletal discomforts and injuries. It is a holistic form of healthcare where practitioners consider how the skeleton, joints, muscles, nerves, connective tissue, circulation and internal organs function together as a unit.
An appointment involves a discussion about the clients injury or area of discomfort, an examination, and treatment involving hands on techniques such as massage, joint articulation, and muscle energy techniques. Clients may also be prescribed with home care including exercise and lifestyle advice or modification.

Acupuncture is a technique that is based on the concept of balancing the body’s energy flow, known as Qi (pronounced “Chee”), that is believed to flow through pathways in the body called meridians. Acupuncture practitioners believe that by stimulating these points it will promote the body’s natural healing processes and improve overall health.

Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Sarah graduated from RMIT University in 2013 with a Masters in Osteopathy and has been helping clients ever since. Sarah’s osteopathic career has seen her travel from city to country Australia, then onto Toronto, Canada, and now onto the Maritimes!

This has enabled Sarah to treat a variety of clients from full-time farmers, to full-time world class athletes, to full time parents and everyone in between!

Sarah is passionate about helping her clients live a pain free healthy life; no matter what their goals or life choices.

Sarah uses a direct approach to treatment and is passionate about finding the cause of a persons complaint and not just treat the symptoms. Sarah has completed extra studies in dry needling, kinesiotaping, women’s health and is completing her studies in clinical pilates.
